- Peter Hewitt is a seasoned corporate operations, marketing, sales, and business development executive with an extensive technology background. He moved to California in 1980 from Syracuse, New York when Silicon Valley and the PC industry were in their formative stages. On the business side, he has over 25 years of operations, corporate/business development, M&A, venture financing, brand marketing/PR, and sales experience with Silicon Valley/SF Bay Area consumer and B2B technology companies. His business career spans virtually the entire spectrum of Internet services, mobile and wireless applications, rich media tools, PC hardware/software products, components, peripherals, and digital technologies.
- Mr. Hewitt has a proven track record of leadership and accomplishments in starting and growing successful consumer, B2B technology and education companies. He has extensive expertise in writing business plans, raising financing, launching Web tools & content services, sports programming & media, and broadcast, broadband, VoIP, and wireless networks and applications. He has a BA Economics degree from St. Lawrence University and worked in large public companies, ad agencies, start-ups, and currently is providing management consulting and advisory services to early stage and emerging growth companies in the mobile/internet space.
