- 6 month assignment as management consultant to CEO of leading Internet Voice Messaging company, to refine brand strategy, execute direct and indirect sales strategy, develop and manage launch marketing programs, and execute high-level strategic partnering deals with XO Communications, AT&T, Microsoft, Yahoo, Telcos, CLECs, ISPs and others.
- Refined product roadmap, edited sales collateral, PR materials, and began channel and media relations efforts
- Led team on analyst tour, trade show/conference participation, and packaged company for successful partnering/ISP license deals.
- Teamed with CEO to meet and negotiate with roll-up M&A candidates
- Company assets purchased by RingCentral, Inc.
