About FonJax
FonJax is a start-up venture that will soon unveil a powerful, cost-effective remote
mobile handset testing service that will help reduce costs and solve the
bottlenecks most wireless/content companies and developers face in their
engineering/QA departments. The company closed a $2.2M Series A round
in 2007 to expand operations, launch Beta versions of its services, and identify and
close sales & partnering prospects.
Phase 1
Assignment
- Work with executive
team to refine strategy and sales operations
- Provide
input on marketing/sales headcount/OPEX for financials
- Assess
market conditions and provide input on industry trends, vertical and
International markets, competitive products and services, positioning, pricing
and differentiation
- Create
matrix of leading competitors, products and services, pricing, etc
- Develop go-to-market
plan including sales & marketing programs that are based on a
synthesis of research data, market conditions and are optimized for lead
generation, sales tactics, and performance
- Refine
value propositions, messaging & elevator pitches
- Prepare
PowerPoint deck tailored to strategic partner and customer prospects
- Arrange
and deliver pitches, as needed, with executive management team to priority
prospects
- Identify,
arrange, and conduct sales meetings with prospect decision makers
