  1. Review and audit all operational contracts, agreements, documents and IP
  2. Assess market conditions, industry trends, competitive products and services, Intellectual Property, proprietary product positioning, pricing & differentiation, target markets, customer audience targets, other intellectual capital sources
  3. Help write business plan; include input on situation & market analysis, research, business models, assumptions, products & services, competition, communications, marketing, business development, research, and other sections
  4. Develop sales and marketing strategies and programs based on synthesis of research data, market conditions, and competitive intelligence
  5. Provide roadmap to navigate market channels and align products to pre-defined range of market requirements
  6. Identify methodologies and processes for optimizing market development through strategic partner prospects and sales force programs, tactics, and performance
  7. Lead brainstorming sessions internally and with outside agencies to create marketing strategies and programs that address:
    1. Validating specific markets that soon will become focused priorities
    2. Positioning products and services for sustainable advantage
    3. Segmenting customer markets, decision makers and other constituent audiences with tailored messaging
    4. Strategic planning and communications platform development for innovative go-to-market strategies and product launches
    5. Integrating PR and Direct Response programs that trigger awareness, buzz marketing, and call-to-action
  8. Package corporate story and prepare PowerPoint decks tailored to investor, strategic partner, and customer/business development prospects and particpate in pitch meetings to select prospects
  9. Close sales and business development deals
  10. Advise on M&A opportunities and help prepare for prospect meetings
